Leadership Coaching

Inside-Out Growth. Measurable Impact.

Leadership can be both energizing and demanding. At times, leaders benefit from having a trusted thought partner – someone who creates space to think clearly, explore challenges, and strengthen how they lead.

My coaching partnerships help leaders deepen self-awareness, navigate complexity, and translate insight into intentional action.

I bring more than 25 years of leadership and HR experience, combining practical organizational insight with thoughtful reflection to support meaningful leadership growth.

Where is Coaching Most Valuable

This work is most valuable for leaders who are:
  • Stepping into greater leadership responsibility
  • Navigating growth, change, or complexity
  • Looking to strengthen their leadership presence, influence, and outcomes
  • Wanting space to think more strategically about challenges
  • Seeking greater alignment between how they lead and what matters most

I work with leaders across many stages – from emerging leaders stepping into new roles to experienced executives leading complex organizations.

What We Focus On

Coaching conversations are tailored, often focusing on:
  • Leadership self-awareness and personal patterns
  • Decision-making and leadership judgment
  • Strengthening communication and influence
  • Navigating organizational dynamics
  • Building stronger teams and alignment
  • Sustaining energy and effectiveness as a leader
Each engagement is tailored to the leader’s goals and context.

How Coaching Partnerships Work

Coaching partnerships are typically structured over 6–12 months, creating space for meaningful reflection and sustained growth.

Engagements may include:
  • One-on-one coaching conversations
  • Small group or team-based coaching sessions, when shared learning is valuable
  • Reflection and integration between sessions
  • Real-time application to current challenges
  • Optional use of assessments (e.g., Hogan, CliftonStrengths, DiSC, Energy Leadership Index, or Human Design)
  • Ongoing partnership over a defined period of time

What Leaders Often Gain From Coaching

While each engagement is unique, leaders often experience meaningful shifts in how they think, lead, and navigate complexity.

Through coaching, leaders:
  • Gain greater clarity and perspective in challenging situations
  • Strengthen confidence in decision-making
  • Communicate more effectively and influence others
  • Build stronger alignment and trust within teams
  • Navigate organizational dynamics more thoughtfully
  • Lead with greater intention and authenticity
Over time, these shifts often create ripple effects – strengthening not only the leader’s effectiveness, but also the health and performance of their team.

My Approach

I believe leadership growth happens when leaders have the space to reflect honestly, explore new perspectives, and experiment with different ways of leading.

My coaching style is thoughtful, grounded, and practical – creating an environment where leaders feel both supported and challenged as they grow.
