About Angela Acrey
I’m a strategic HR leader and executive coach with 25+ years of experience supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and change.
Over the course of my career, I’ve led enterprise-level initiatives across organizational development, employee engagement, talent strategy, succession planning, and change leadership.
Most recently, I supported Trane Technologies’ Life Science Solutions business and previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for Helmer Scientific.
My experience spans nonprofit, engineering, services, healthcare, manufacturing, and life science environments – shaping a deep understanding of both the human and business sides of leadership.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to developing people and creating environments where leaders and teams can thrive.
Outside of my work, I enjoy being outdoors – hiking, biking, or relaxing on the patio, often with my golden retriever, Louie, who also serves as a therapy dog.
